USC Athletic Training Programs
Athletic training students are on the front lines of patient care during their clinical experiences, working in schools, clinics, and healthcare settings where they assist with injury evaluation, prevention, and therapeutic rehabilitation. These students are expected to arrive prepared with essential primary care supplies, yet many must pay out of pocket for these supplies while already balancing tuition, fees, and unpaid clinical hours.
The USC Athletic Training continues to be at the forefront in emergency care and primary care training for athletic training students in the classroom. We boast a 100% 3-year aggregate national certification board pass rate which is well above the national average.
This fundraiser aims to support athletic training students by providing essential clinical supplies like stethoscopes. These items are critical for monitoring vital signs, conducting assessments, and delivering safe, professional care at their clinical sites. We invite our wonderful alumni to celebrate our 30th year of athletic training at USC by sponsoring a stethoscope. Alumni may also provide notes of encouragement that will be placed in the stethoscope box for the student.
