At University of South Carolina Press we publish books that lead to informed conversations and a deeper understanding of the history, culture, nature, and society of the American South and beyond.
Each year we provide internship opportunities to USC undergraduates who want to work in the fulfilling yet competitive-to-enter industry of book publishing.
Thanks to your 2025 donations, we paid each USC Press intern a $1,000 stipend for the first time last year! To make our internship accessible to even more students, we want to increase the stipend to $1,250 per intern, and we need your support!
