Aldersgate United Methodist Church has established the Aldersgate Fire Ants Athletic Scholarship. Scholarships will be awarded to student athletes in good academic standing with a financial need.

Thanks to donated funds from Aldersgate's annual pumpkin patch up to $5,000 in Giving Day donations will be matched dollar for dollar.
The grand total donated during Giving Day for this scholarship, up to $25,000, will be matched by the Williams Brice Edwards Matching Fund at USC Sumter.
