The Graduate School works to advance the reputation of the University of South Carolina as a top-ranked research institution through the recruitment of stellar students to our doctoral programs.

We fund strategic awards and design collaborative initiatives to enhance the professional and academic development of our students. Most of our fellowships are designed to supplement the funding given to outstanding incoming graduate students by academic programs across the university.
