Palmetto College Columbia/Fort Jackson

The Robert V. Phillips Military Scholarship Fund supports veteran and military students enrolled both at USC Columbia and in the Fort Jackson program. It provides last-dollar financial support to help these students address educational costs that exceed federal tuition assistance and the post 9/11 GI bill federal funding they receive toward their education. The scholarship can support tuition, books and fees. It affords our military students the opportunity to pursue a quality University of South Carolina education without incurring out-of-pocket expenses.
